We prefer Royal Mail as our courier, as their exceptional delivery accuracy and reliability make them ideal for handling the high volume of orders we process.

All domestic orders covering the United Kingdom & Channel Islands are shipped using the UK Tracked 48 service. (see guide below for timescales)

All international orders covering Europe are shipped using the Europe Tracked service. (see guide below for timescales)

Delivery Options:

• Domestic Delivery: (2-3 business days after shipping date) at a rate of £5.99 across the UK & Channel Islands.
• International Delivery: (3-5 business days after shipping date) at a rate of £10.99 across mainland Europe.

Orders are processed promptly, and shipping details are emailed directly to customers when a valid email address is provided at the time of purchase.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail from Monday to Saturday.

Additional Information:

We cannot ship eau de parfum sprays internationally due to courier restrictions. Only our range of 6ml alcohol-free perfume oils can be shipped. Orders for sprays will be canceled immediately, and customers will receive a full refund.

In the event of Royal Mail strikes, non-working times, or adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot refund any orders that have already been dispatched until they arrive with you. In the event of a lost or wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able to resend the order.

   Our roller bottles feature zero alcohol, providing a gentle yet long-lasting fragrance experience. As for our sprays, they are Eau de Parfum, offering a refined and luxurious scent that lasts throughout the day.
   
2. How should I store my fragrances?
   Remember, like all fragrances, it's essential to store them away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain their quality.
   
3. Can I spray your fragrances on clothes?
   While our perfumes have a higher oil content for lasting power, we recommend caution when applying them to clothes, as with any perfume.

At One Percent Club Perfume Ltd, we gladly accept returns within 30 days for either a refund or an exchange. We understand that customers may want to test a spray or two before deciding, but please note that bottles used beyond this period or outside our 30-day policy cannot be accepted and will be returned.

For bundle sets, all items within the set must be returned together for a refund. Otherwise, we can only offer an exchange.
