Shipping Policy

Shipping Services:

We ship all orders through Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: (2-3 business days after shipping) at a flat rate of £3.99 across the UK.
  • Express Delivery: (1-2 business days after shipping) at a flat rate of £4.99 across the UK.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule.

Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday after 3 PM.

  • Orders received between wednesday 12pm and Saturday 12pm will be shipped on monday.
  • Orders received between Saturday 12pm and Wednesday 12pm will be shipped on Thursday.

Orders placed before 8 AM on Wednesday or Saturday will be processed and shipped the same day.

Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail from Monday to Saturday.
You can track your order on the Royal Mail website.

We ship within the United Kingdom.
Please note that delivery times may vary for the Highlands and Islands, possibly requiring an extra day.
During Sale period, please allow an extra 3-5 days for processing. Express Shipping will be prioritized throughout this period.
In the event of Royal Mail strikes, non-working times, or adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot refund any orders that have already been dispatched until they arrive with you. In the event of a lost or wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able to resend the order.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days for either a refund or exchange.

We understand that customers may want to test a spray or two before deciding, but please note that bottles used beyond this period or outside our 30-day policy cannot be accepted and will be returned. If you purchased a bundle set, all items within the set must be returned together for a refund; otherwise, we can only offer an exchange.
